This Pricing & Service Terms section governs the purchase and use of paid services offered by Optiverifi.
By purchasing any paid plan, supplier match, or managed service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Overview
Optiverifi offers paid services including:
- Supplier match reports
- Subscription plans (monthly or annual)
- Managed sourcing services
- Enterprise solutions
Each plan includes specific features, usage limits, and pricing as described on the Pricing page.
2. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a service, you agree that:
- You will pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase
- Subscription plans may be billed on a recurring basis
- Pricing and features may change at any time with reasonable notice
Optiverifi reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice for future purchases.
3. Subscription Plans
For subscription-based plans:
- Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
- Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions before renewal
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law.
4. Usage Limits and Credits
Certain plans may include usage limits such as:
- Number of supplier matches per month
- Credits for sourcing requests
- Rollover limits (if applicable)
Unused credits may expire based on the plan terms. Additional usage may require purchasing extra credits or upgrading your plan.
5. One-Time Purchases (Basic Plan)
For one-time purchases such as individual supplier match reports:
- Payment is required upfront
- Services are considered delivered once the report is provided
- All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered
6. Managed Sourcing Services
Managed sourcing services may include:
- Supplier research and outreach
- RFQ/RFP support
- Quote comparison
- Supplier screening and onboarding support
For enterprise or custom services:
- Scope, pricing, and timelines may be defined separately
- Additional fees (such as savings-based fees) may apply where agreed
All managed services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and sourcing work:
- Payments are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods
- Exceptions may be made at Optiverifi's sole discretion
8. No Guarantee of Results
Optiverifi provides supplier matching and sourcing support based on available data and evaluation methods.
We do not guarantee:
- Successful supplier engagement
- Pricing outcomes
- Contract awards
- Business results
Users are responsible for their own procurement decisions.
9. Modifications to Services
Optiverifi may:
- Modify plan features
- Adjust pricing
- Add or remove functionality
Changes will not affect services already purchased but may apply to future purchases or renewals.
